DallasONE is the unification among the singles in the Dallas area to join together in a ONE day event with ONE voice of worship and ONE heart in service. The essence of God’s hope for His bride is that we be unified and fully functioning together with no division, proclaiming to our world that God sent Christ, our Lord and Savior. The heart of Christ’s prayer in John 17 is that “all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you... I in them and you in me. May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.” As we look to Christ who is in heaven, here is what He has placed in our hearts.

Revelation 7:9-10 proclaims, “After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could count, from every nation and all tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, and palm branches were in their hands; and they cry out with a loud voice, saying, ‘Salvation to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.’” As in Ex. 25 and Heb 8:5 we reflect on Moses and the building of the tabernacle, “They serve a copy and shadow of the heavenly things… ‘See that you make everything according to the pattern that was shown you on the mountain.’” God inhabited the tabernacle that Moses built; we can follow Moses’ example that he build on earth what was modeled in heaven. The Bible says and therefore we know that heaven is filled with saints of every tribe, tongue and nation around the throne worshiping our Lord. To model the very essence of heaven we will see the strongholds of racial, economic and denominational boundaries eradicated. As imitators of Christ who is in the heavenly realms we are to build what we have seen in heaven here on earth to have a taste of heaven.

David declares in Psalm 133 says How wonderful, How beautiful, when brothers and sisters get along! It's like costly anointing oil flowing down head and beard…Yes, that's where GOD commands the blessing, ordains eternal life. Isaiah 43 states Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. We believe that the appointed time is here for the singles of Dallas to join God in a new thing! As we first and foremost unite as the beloved bride of Christ we know that God desires for us to be undivided. When united as ONE we have faith that God will bless us. Through our unity the world will know that Christ is Lord and we have faith that the blessings of eternal life to us and the lives of those in our city will surely follow!
